Who can enter?

There are two levels of competition:

Intermediate: open for individuals studying towards a level 2 qualification or who have up to two years experience or training.

Advanced: open for individuals who are studying or training for a level 3 qualification or who have between two and seven years experience or training.

There is no age restriction for competitors who wish to enter the competitions.

About the competition

This competition is based upon the job role of a waiter. Competitors will be given a set time to prepare for a serve a meal for guests.

• Coleg Llandrillo Cymru: Tuesday 12 January 2010
• Neath Port Talbot College: Thursday 28 January 2010
• Coleg Powys: Friday 29 January 2010

Wales Final:

• Coleg Llandrillo Cymru: Thursday 9 February 2010
